How to Make Boerewors

40g      Spice per KG
20ml    Worcestershire Sauce
80ml    Ice Water
300g    Fatty Pork (neck/belly)
700g    Beef

1. Mince the pork and beef to medium coarseness
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes
4. Using a sausage filler feed the meat through into the sausage skin. Large sausage casings are ideal.
5. Shape into the traditional Boerewors spiral circle
6. Pan Fry or BBQ.
