Ultimate Biltong Kit

 This will make the keenest BIltong maker very happy, with many batches of yummy Biltong.

The kit includes a tray to prepare the beef, bowls to serve and all the ingredients apart from the beef!

The deep Wiltshire enamelware tray is the perfect depth and size for soaking several kilos of beef.  Enamelware is non reactive with vinegar, and is lightweight which is good when you have a couple of Kgs of beef marinating!

This pack includes:

- Deep Enamelware tray with blue trim, 2.5l capacity

- 2 x Biltong Serving Bowls

- 2 x Regular Biltong Spice

- 2 x Chilli Biltong Spice

- 3 x 250ml Worcestershire Sauce

- 3 x 750ml Apple Cider or Malt Vinegar

Large Kit with 4x 500g Bags of Spice will make 60-80kgs of Biltong 

Small Kit with 4x 250g Bags of Spice will make 30-40kgs of Biltong
